Weekend Sport: Rugby and Cricket!

So the fourth test in the Ashes 2015 cricket series ended badly for Australia 😦 We lost the test by an innings and lost the series too. Afterwards, Michael Clarke announced his retirement. He is only 34 and I think it was too early for him to retire. Sure he hasn’t been in his best form but he is a good captain and leader. The Australian team needs good leadership right now and senior players to guide the young players coming up. Oh well, good luck pup in your future endeavours!

I didn’t watch any of the cricket on day three, I knew what the result was going to be. Instead I attended my first rugby union match, Wallabies (Australia) vs All Blacks (New Zealand)! Our seats felt like they were in the nose bleed section, but our view was amazing!

It was a great game and a great atmosphere. The wallabies played very well and won 27-19, yay!
